Called them because Roofing Companies keep telling me I need a roof replacement and Insurance keeps telling me I just need repairs. Roof Scientist does both. Had an initial meeting where they came to look at my roof. Zac climbed on roof and documented some initial issues, and that he does see plenty of indications that a new roof is needed... offered to come back and do a comprehensive inspection involving taking 100s of photos, offered to meet the insurance inspector as well. I really appreciate the time Sean and Zac took, and to explain to me what they saw. It was a great initial impression, and now I look forward to the rest of the process (pricing for different options, joint meeting with insurance, etc...)

Roof Scientist Appleton was incredible to work with. They pulled up at the time they said they would be there Put tarps out to protect the flowers/bushes and to collect trash from the roof. During the project I was at work, I was updated with the progress of job through texts at different times of the day. I was also texted if they had any questions. Once the project was done, they went around to make sure everything was out if the gutters, blew off my driveway and patio, and used magnets to find all the nails on the driveway and grass around the house. They left the job area way better then they found it. I will definitely tell everyone to use Roof Scientist Appleton again.

Roof Scientists installed new gutters and did a professional cleaning of the existing roof that had 8 years of brown/black buildup. Both the gutter installation and the roof cleaning were superior!! The roof looks like a new one after the cleaning.

Like many homeowners in central Indiana, I had algae streaking on the north-facing sections of my roof that needed to be cleaned. Luke came to my home, thoroughly explained their cleaning process, and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. He assured me they would use only the minimum amount of cleaning solution necessary and, if additional cleaning was needed, they would return to make it right. That is exactly what they did. They returned to complete additional cleaning where needed and did not request payment until I was completely satisfied with the results. Throughout the process, Luke was courteous, responsive, and committed to ensuring the job was done properly. Roof Scientist is the real deal when it comes to the new world of roofing. Their product just makes sense for nearly all homeowners who don’t want to spend the money for a new roof, but want the same look / functionality. And if push comes to shove, they do full roof replacements as well! These guys do it all and it is really cool to see a father and son duo that is reliable and knows what they’re doing! And it doesn’t hurt that they are Indiana natives! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get the best use out of their roof!
