Step 3 CERICADE™ APPLICATION

After prep is complete the Cericade^™ application is quick and, once the nanoceramic resin is applied, it only takes minutes to become waterproof and dry to the touch.

While Cericade^™ is an effective solution for most asphalt shingle roofing issues, sometimes a roof replacement is unavoidable — and in those situations, our team of experts is here to help.

Step 1 TEAR-OFF

Stripping the existing roof down clears the way for a completely new roof. Cost and timeline can vary depending on the level of damage or degradation.

Step 2 REBUILD

Decking and structural elements are rebuilt or reinforced as needed to ensure maximum stability and longevity.

Step 3 FINISHING

Finally, the underlayer and brand new shingles are applied to create a tight waterproof seal that will protect your new roof for years to come.
