I was disappointed in your receipt. Dan guaranteed the receipt would appear the roof was done with regular shingles. This would keep insurance company off my back. Otherwise, everything was done very professionly.

I was so glad C21 Affiliated had Dan come in an explain his business about cleaning outside of houses and the ceramic roofing system. I was so impressed that within 2 weeks, I had him come out to explain in depth what it would mean for my house and garage. The results of the cleaning process and the ceramic roof system looks great on my house and garage. I am totally pleased with the entire process and Dan was great to work with!

I have a medium to large Hunter Green roof. It is 22 years old and was in reasonably good shape for its age. When I wanted to order it, they didn't have the Hunter Green color, but after a while, they brought a couple of samples by for my wife and me to look at. My wife picked out the one she liked, matching my roof perfectly. I can't see the difference from the original color. I'm attaching some pictures to show how professionally the job was done.

Meet The Owners
Dan and Curt Lindstrom are a father-son team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality products and workmanship in their Roof Scientist Appleton business. Dan came from a background of law enforcement and EMS, serving communities between Michigan and Wisconsin. In 2020, Dan transitioned to the roofing industry, offering specialty roof coatings. Dan was born in Stevens Point and relocated to Upper Michigan in 2005 after his father took a promotion with his company. In 2017, Dan relocated to Green Bay, WI, furthering his law enforcement career. Dan was forced to step away from his law enforcement career in 2021 when he was severely injured in the line of duty. Dan recently married his wife, Kristy, who also assists with business operations. Outside of work, Dan and Kristy have a passion for hunting, fishing, hiking or traveling in the outdoors.
Curt comes from a background in the paper industry with 35 years experience at the management level. Curt grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where he met his wife, Marcia. Curt and Marcia relocated to Stevens Point, WI, in the 90's, where Curt began his career with Kimberly Clark Corporation. Curt and Marcia also have another son Ryan, who is the youngest of two. They both enjoy their time in the Upper Peninsula on their boat in the summers fishing for lake trout or salmon. Curt is involved with many aspects of the business on the support side and, as he nears retirement, he will become a bigger part of the business. Curt and Marcia have an Irish Setter and a German short haired pointer that always keep them on their feet along with two grandchildren from their youngest son Ryan. Curt brings a wealth of business knowledge to the company, while Dan focuses on the day to day business operations and sales.
