Was having issues with excess attic heat, so called Roof Scientist to come and check things out. They showed up when they said they would, were very professional, and made recommendations to help. I am pleased to write this review for Roof Scientist of Fishers. I am frequently asked to write reviews for businesses, but I do so sparingly and only after I have had sufficient time to be completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed. Like many homeowners in central Indiana, I had algae streaking on the north-facing sections of my roof that needed to be cleaned. Luke came to my home, thoroughly explained their cleaning process, and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. He assured me they would use only the minimum amount of cleaning solution necessary and, if additional cleaning was needed, they would return to make it right. That is exactly what they did. They returned to complete additional cleaning where needed and did not request payment until I was completely satisfied with the results. Throughout the process, Luke was courteous, responsive, and committed to ensuring the job was done properly. My roof now looks great, and I also learned about the other roof maintenance and protection services offered by Roof Scientist of Fishers. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to any homeowner looking for an honest, professional roofing company.
